Whether it’s your business, your body, or your inner cosmos — each system is a code of creation, designed to bring you clarity, alignment, and flow.
I built Codes Irene after years of working inside corporate structures that rewarded burnout and confusion. I started in the insurance and finance world, managing teams and building systems for other people’s visions — until I realized I could build my own.
I moved to the U.S. alone, learned how to create stability from nothing, and turned that process into a blueprint for freedom. Now I use that same strategy and intuition to help others simplify their businesses, activate their creativity, and live with purpose.
Everything I teach or design comes from lived experience — proof that structure and spirit can coexist.
My philosophy interest and passions.
I believe every system — from the body to a business — is an expression of consciousness seeking harmony. My work blends the analytical and the intuitive: I study astrology, numerology, and human design to understand the deeper patterns behind growth, while using structure and strategy to make those insights tangible.
I’m endlessly inspired by all forms of movement and creation. Yoga teaches me balance, Krav Maga sharpens my focus, dance keeps my joy alive, and indoor cycling reminds me that rhythm fuels resilience. Kickboxing connects me back to power and flow — the same qualities I infuse into every project I design.
To me, beauty is a language of alignment. Whether it’s in systems, aesthetics, or the way we live our days, my mission is to bring more order, artistry, and consciousness into the human experience.
